Morocco seems to have stayed the most stable country in North Africa through out the revolutions and upheavals of the last 3 years. Why?
There are some secular explanations. This article is a really interesting discussion and analysis of the stability in Morocco :

There may be some other explanations too. Many believe that part of Morocco’s God-given destiny and role to play, is to bring blessing to Africa. The stability in Morocco has certainly been a blessing to the nation of Morocco, and to the North Africa and Middle East region. Morocco has been able to host key regional meetings when other nations in the region were not stable enough to host.
Others believe that the peace and stability in Morocco is a blessing from God upon Morocco because Morocco has long been a blessing to the Jews. Jews have been a part of the Moroccan population for centuries before Christ. Morocco welcomed Jews escaping the Spanish Inquisition. Morocco again welcomed Jews fleeing Europe in the World Wars. Morocco has hosted Middle East/Israel peace talks on a number of occasions. The current King of Morocco has made strong statements in support of the Moroccan Jewish population.
One of the most well known passages from the Bible about blessing and being blessed is the Beatitudes.
