The last few days we have been reflecting on Mary’s perspective on the Christmas story. What about Joseph? Imagine what it would have been like for him! In a culture similar to the one we live in here in Morocco, to find out your fiancé is pregnant, before you marry her must have been hard. To have angels come and tell you its alright to go ahead and marry her must have been something else! And to love and care for Mary through her pregnancy and birth. To be a father for the child Son of God was quite a responsibility. What a man!
